Job Description:

A reputable company is looking for a part time front of house receptionist to join their organization.

The Working hours will be 8am-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Benefits with this employer are as follows:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with administration/customer service experience, who also enjoys providing a duty of care and support to individuals with multiple needs.

The successful candidate will need to have a DBS check prior to starting this position.

You will be responsible for ensuring all visitors and residents have a friendly and warm welcome, whilst also ensuring the safety and security of the building.

You will be the first point of contact for all customers, and will give the highest level of customer service both face to face and over the phone.

In this role, you will be coming into contact with individuals who are considered vulnerable and with complex needs, therefore experience working with vulnerable individuals alongside having knowledge of safeguarding and is highly desired.
