Exciting opportunity to join a vibrant company in a role which will utilise your excellent customer service and administration skills. The ideal person will have experience as a receptionist and have thrived in a busy front of house role, but be looking for a new challenge in a progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers and potential customers are treated with the utmost professionalism
  • Providing an exceptional 'front of house' and customer experience
  • Using a full range of business software proficiently (email, spreadsheets and databases), to ensure smooth running of the office
  • Respond to customer enquires, issues and complaints professionally and with empathy
  • Record office expenditure and manage the budget
  • Organise meetings with new and existing customers - securing existing and developing new business
  • Maintain relationships with current customers to generate referrals and maintain business levels
  • Maintain the condition of the offices/work spaces and ensure that repairs are actioned where necessary
