We have a great opportunity in Central London at an amazing boutique Company who are looking for someone to be the face of their company.

  • Meeting and greeting all Clients
  • Answering the phone and being the "gatekeeper", directing calls to the relevant person.
  • Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy and presentable
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
  • Database entry

Skills

  • Excellent Microsoft suite skills (excel, word and powerpoint)
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Professional manner
  • Office experience needed
  • Great communication skills
  • Initiative
