Job Description:

ISS are looking for Corporate Receptionists for maternity covers in various sites in London.

The right person will have experience in a Reception/FOH role in a 5* OR corporate environment.
The contracts are from 6 to 9 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working in various areas of the operation including Reception, Meeting Rooms, Cloakroom, Event Management, Conference Bookings and Switchboard
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relations with Client Management
  • Print visitor passes - in advanced when possible
  • Work closely with other service partners to ensure a smooth operation
  • Escorting visitors when necessary
  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times
  • Run reports as required and produce any documentation in regards to Client Services operations
  • Maintain 5* standards

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Excellent communication skills, specially over the phone
  • Proactive - customer focused manner with high standards
  • Have Switchboard Operator experience, ideally
  • Relevant corporate / customer service experience
  • Meeting room booking experience
