Receptionist/Administrator
£20-21k
London Bridge

Successful, fun and forward thinking Telecoms company based near London Bridge are looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join a professional team in London and a company that encourages progressions within the business.

Key duties:

  • Meet and greet and direct all visitors, offer refreshments
  • First point of call on answering external calls, multiple call taking, screening calls and taking messages
  • Managing Meeting Bookings through calendar system
  • Booking taxis and signing for and organising all courier deliveries
  • Organising documents to be sent to the printers/reprographics
  • Monitor stationary and office catering supplies and place orders to maintain stock levels as required
  • Sort and distribute incoming post, and ensure outgoing mail is collated and franked for collection
  • Assisting with some finance administration duties, invoicng etc

To apply for this role you MUST have the following:

  • Be immediately available for work
  • Previous receptionist and administration experience
  • Be well presented professional
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills are essential
  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent
