Job Description:

Our client are recognised as one of the UK's premier financial services businesses, remaining in private ownership. At their offices based in central Bath, they offer high quality independent financial advice to their clients and have been doing so for over 50 years.

They are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their growing team. They would like someone to work around 35 hours per week and the role would combine working as the Receptionist for around 3 days a week and the other 2 days spent doing administration work to support the IFA's.

Duties to include

  • Answering calls and the front door
  • Sorting incoming post and franking outgoing post
  • Typing digital dictations and printing these when required
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Maintain staff and visitor register
  • Manage calendar bookings via Outlook
  • Assist Administrators/PA's when required
  • General administrative support to IFA's
  • Sending documents to clients

This role would be suitable for someone with previous reception experience and someone with previous financial planning administration experience would be desirable although this is not essential.
