This flagship destination is set to be a landmark in the London retail landscape. The showcase store will be truly one-of-a-kind, as much an experience as a retail store - with interactive classes and events taking place throughout each day - and as such, we are looking for a retail/technical professional at the very top of their game to join us to launch this unique retail showcase.

Reporting into the Technical Support Centre Manager, you will be turning the brand's innovative vision, and their drive to push the boundaries of what's possible, into a reality every single day - ensuring a fantastic speed and quality of repairs, assisting with the running of all aspects of the customer care function, as well as inventory of all repair stock and parts.

You will help every customer feel inspired by the possibilities that our client's brand can offer by giving each one of them a seamless repair experience - turning them into advocates for the brand and the experience they provide.

- A highly knowledgeable, detail-oriented Assistant Technical Support Manager with a strong Customer Care focus - able to achieve high standards of operational efficiency in a repairs and service-based environment
