Entry Level Receptionist/Administrator

Resource Solutions Group (RSG) are a market leading recruitment business.

Our office is located in Clifton Down House on Whiteladies Road and operates a vibrant working environment.

We are recruiting for an entry level, junior Administrator/Receptionist, this is a full time Monday-Friday permanent position.

Salary: £17,000 + 10% annual bonus

The Role:

The main responsibility for our front of house reception team, is to be the first face of RSG that clients see when visiting our head office.

Other duties will include:

- Administrative duties- repetitively formatting CVs, this requires a very high attention to detail and Microsoft Word capabilities
- Answering the phone and redirecting to the relevant point of contact
- Booking travel requirements for staff
- Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are fit for purpose and refreshments are supplied accordingly

As an Administrator/Receptionist you will be required to have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Very high attention to detail
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and work multiple work streams simultaneously
  • A good telephone manner and confidence to speak with people over the phone and in person
  • A friendly personality and smile even on a Monday morning
  • Accurate IT skills
  • Excellent time management skills
