Job Description:

One of LMA's long standing clients is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team at their Head Office based in Milton Keynes. Our client is a leading retail and technology organisation which are experiencing rapid growth and expansion. Our client has a site based in Park Royal in West London which you will have to travel to on a regaular basis, therefore it is essential that you are able to drive.

A HR Advisor you will work closely with other members of the HR team such as HR Advisors, HR Business Partners and subject matter experts, such as L&D, Recruitment and Engagement. You will have to Provide HR support to management in high level disciplinary, grievance and appeal meetings as well as in case of absence. You will also have to provide advice and up to date knowledge on risk and mitigation regarding employment law.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working previously as a HR Advisor within a similar size team, operating at a very fast paced. You will need to have strong experience working on Employee Relation cases, having previously worked within a blue collar workforce will be highly beneficial.
