Are you a creative and motivated receptionist looking for your next temporary role?

A fantastic client of mine is seeking someone to work on an ongoing temporary basis to cover the reception for one of their beautiful co-working, serviced office spaces based in central London.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, bubbly and has experience working in a similar role.

Location: Old Street
Hourly Rate: £11 - £12
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests when they arrive
  • Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are tidy
  • Deal with incoming calls and enquiries
  • Show potential customers around the office space
  • General administrative duties such as filing and photocopying

Required Attributes and Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner
  • Be highly organised and a multitasker
  • Well presented
  • Confident using Word and Excel
  • 2+ years office/reception experience
  • Available to start work immediately
  • Temporary work experience is highly desirable

This would suit someone who is used to working in a fast-paced, customer facing environment and has an interest in the creative, co-working industry.
