Are you a welcoming friendly individual? Are you looking for part time work?

Position: Temporary Receptionist (Part-Time)

Dates: ASAP start for 6 months

Salary: £16,000 (pro-rata, 20 hours over 5)

Hours: Monday - Friday (1pm-5pm)

Location: Ayrshire

This role requires a basic disclosure to be undertaken upon offer.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • Receptionist experience essential
  • Due to location you will have to have car
  • Due to nature of the organisation, you are a patient individual
  • Good knowledge of MS Office & Outlook
  • Proven administrative skills

What does the day look like?

  • Screening calls & transferring to the relevant department
  • Managing a diary of meeting rooms & pool car
  • Taking messages
  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Franking, sorting & distributing mail
  • Assisting with photocopying & filing
  • Any ad hoc administrative duties
