We are currently sourcing for a Full Time Receptionist/Call Handler to join our admin team. We firmly believe that every one of us makes a difference and the work we do directly affects the patient's experience.

Care UK Treatment Centres are patient focused and work closely with local CCGs and NHS Trusts to reduce waiting times. Several of our Treatment Centres are rated Outstanding by CQC. Our unfaltering dedication to quality is something we are very proud of; we constantly strive to do things better for our patients. This ethos has led to innovative, evidence based developments to our procedures and ongoing improvements to the patient experience.

Who are we looking for?

If you would love to help us improve the quality of care for our patients and you have strong reception or customer service experience it would be great to hear from you. A clear understanding of how to use core Microsoft Office programs would be very beneficial . A passion for doing your job to the very best of your ability is a must but previous experience within a healthcare environment is not necessary.

The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week. The service operates from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. There can be a level of flexibility regarding shift patterns.
