Corporate Front of House Receptionist - Ad Hoc / Casual Work

Location - Multiple across London

Rate - £9.00 - 13.00 ph

Job Profile

We are looking for professional, friendly and approachable Corporate Receptionist's to cover shifts across Landmark London offices. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff for some of the UK's largest Legal, Banking and Corporate firms and a professional and courteous work ethic is essential.

Duties:

  • Greet staff and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Offer visitors refreshments while they wait or guide them to the appropriate floor/boardroom
  • Answering the phones, transferring via the switchboard or taking messages.
  • Maintain appearance of reception lobby and conference rooms, keeping them tidy and orderly before and after each meeting in preparation for the next.
  • Reservation of meeting rooms on a computerised meeting room booking system
  • Replenish stationary, magazines, coffee machine etc in the Reception lobby
  • Booking couriers, signing for deliveries

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a face to face position delivering a professional service, such as Receptionist, Air Steward, Retail, Hospitality etc
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
  • Organised with and eye for detail

  • Flexible working shifts, you can work as many or little as you like to suit your schedule
  • Full system training for multiple landmark offices, this will give you a choice of more shifts
  • Weekly pay
