Job: Receptionist / Front of House

Monday to Friday (40hrs) Full-time / Permanent

Salary: £15,500 to £17,000 (Experience Dependent)

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

This is not your standard reception / front of house role due to the nature of the business, so every day will be something new and exciting to get involved in.

Job Description

  • Set up / top up refreshments in meeting rooms
  • Greeting clients and provide full VIP experience
  • Set up lunches for all meetings
  • Stock drinks and stationary
  • Order lunches
  • Answer and screen calls
  • Ensure all meeting rooms and VIP facilities are pleasant for guests
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Tea and coffee order in meeting rooms
  • Ensure all meeting rooms, kitchen and VIP facilities are clear and clean for the next meeting
  • General receptionist duties
  • Ensure the day to day running of reception and front of house goes smoothly

Experience:

  • Customer Service
  • Hospitality Experience
