Receptionist - St George's Hill Lawn and Tennis Club - Weybridge, Surrey

2 - 3 hours per week with flexibility to cover for occasional holidays/ sickness. Flexibility is very important!​

We are a prestigious members' Club, set in unique and picturesque surroundings, providing state of the art racquets, fitness and wellbeing facilities with programmes for all ages.

We are looking for someone with the right energy, enthusiasm and attitude to join the prestigious Reception Team at St George's Hill Lawn Tennis Club and to deliver excellence in all areas of Customer Service.

We are looking for someone who appreciates that:

The Reception desk is the focal point of the Club. As the first point of contact for all members and the start of all their enquiries, all Receptionists need to be totally professional, extremely knowledgeable, have great initiative and keep up to date with all that is happening in the Club.
You will have a calm, warm, friendly and positive demeanor that will ensure that our members feel special and welcome on every visit. Always busy, the Reception desk is where members will come to discuss a variety of things - to book classes, courts, events, check lost property, discuss a problem. Whatever the question you will know exactly where to find the answer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

You will be professional, approachable, friendly and an excellent communicator
Be committed to providing outstanding customer care and member focus and have the ability to engage and empathise with members
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be motivated, flexible and loyal
As you will be required to work shifts across seven days of the week, flexibility is very important
