Part Time Receptionist - Temporary position

Your new company

You will work for a large private sector company within the centre of Sheffield.

Your new role

You will act as the first point of call for all customers and clients entering the business. You will be responsible for signing them in, allocating badges and processing them through the system. You will be the sole receptionist, and direct people (in person and over the phone) to the correct department.

You will also carry out general administrative tasks such as inputting data, managing a mailbox and booking appointments.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have previous experience in a reception role, ideally within a corporate private sector company. You will also be professional and have carried out multiple general administrative tasks as outlines above.

You will be immediately available for temporary work within Sheffield.
