Job Description:

The Payroll Specialist will support our Payroll Manager and work alongside the Payroll and HR team to maintain the day to day function of the payroll department.
Responsibilities
* Support the team with UK retail payroll for up to 1000 employees
* Ensure accurate processing of international payrolls and keeping to the 3rd party SLA where applicable
* Ensure the reporting of weekly cost and hours is accurate and sent to Finance team on a timely basis
* Responsible for the accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages to all employees
* Resolve pay queries, correction of errors and costing adjustments
* Ensure all statutory and voluntary payroll deductions are paid in a timely manner
Requirements
* 2-3 years' experience working in payroll
* Experience working with ADP or similar payroll systems
* Proactive and efficient
* Excellent time management skills
* Organised and reliable
* Ability to perform under pressure and multi-task
* Advanced Excel skills
