Retail Administrator - Exeter - with travel to London
£22,000.00 per annum plus Competitive plus benefits package

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Retail team in the West region supporting the Regional and Area Managers across the retail West team to help achieve consistency and efficiency across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records on a monthly basis for the regions payroll, overtime, sickness and holidays, checking the payroll proforma.
• Balancing statements on Net asset value for the region on a daily basis, reporting any issues to Area teams and investigating.
• Assisting with any New Goods investigation reporting process.
• Raising Purchase orders as required and minute taking for meetings including Regional meetings ,disciplinary and grievance hearings
• Using Markit to produce leaflets and material as required for the region
• Updating the Regional social media pages
• Collating information on new starters though induction and training, ensuring probation reviews are booked
• Support Area and Regional Managers with any other administration including updating google documents and ordering stationary as required.

Key Knowledge and Skills:

• Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Database)
• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to work and to adapt to changing priorities as necessary
• Administration experience in a team environment
• Ability to use own initiative and come up with solutions/ideas

About You

To hit the ground running ideally you will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload. You will have experience of using Microsoft Office particularly emails and calendar management, experience of working with google documents would be an advantage. What is essential is to be a team player with enthusiasm to succeed in the role and progress your career with us
