Apprentice Administrator / Receptionist

Location: Turner House, 56 King Street, Leigh WN7 4LJ.
Salary: At least National Minimum Wage for your age.
Contract: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. 35 hours per week.

About the roles

Apprentice Administrator

Working as part of the Planned Maintenance team your responsibilities will include; sending letters and making appointments for Surveyors for appointments to achieve compliance KPI's, filing and scanning adaptation servicing reports, raising inspections for Surveyors and any follow on repairs. You will process invoices for budget holder approval and answer telephone calls that come through to the department and deal with enquiries. You will process requests for minor Adaptations and have some experience of using Microsoft packages, Word and Excel. Full training and support will be provided

Apprentice Receptionist / Customer Advisor

Within this role you will expand your skills to enable you to provide excellent customer service to customers contacting the Group by telephone, email and face to face. You will undertake a range of administration tasks to ensure our customer's needs are met.
