Part-Time Receptionist Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm in Central London for a receptionist to work on a part-time basis.

The receptionist will work 22.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday and we are eager to hear from candidates with previous corporate/legal/ 5* hotel backgrounds.

This role is an excellent opportunity to work within a vibrant and dynamic environment. Duties vary day to day and a flexible attitude is key.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, informing hosts of clients arrival
  • Answering a switchboard for all on-site companies, transferring calls and announcing them to relevant company/individual
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Managing 1 meeting room including organising refreshments when required
  • Purchasing stationery, kitchen and office supplies
  • Dealing with incoming & outgoing post
  • Booking couriers & taxi's
  • Arranging viewings with clients & following up on leads
  • Administrative support
