Job Description:

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a highly reputable and successful Legal Firm in Newark. The role is to provide comprehensive Secretarial Support to the Senior Administrators and Partners. This role is on an on-going temporary basis so does require a degree of flexibility from applicants. In return, the successful candidate will be joining a friendly and hard-working team with a chance to learn and grow with an expanding and innovative business.

Responsibilities

Back and front of house Reception duties
Sorting all Post and distributing accordingly
Answering inbound calls and transferring to relevant department
Maintaining office area
Being the first point of contact for visitors to the office
Effective use of the companies Case Management System (training will be provided)

Ideal Person
Previous experience in a busy Reception role
Audio typing experience (desirable)
Well presented and articulate
Excellent IT skills
Professional and courteous
Highly organised and able to provide a high level of attention to detail
