Job Description:

*Developing effective working relationship with Retail and Head Office managers.
*Complete offer letters, contracts, reference letters, and disciplinary correspondence all to a high level of accuracy.
*Chase stores for new starter paperwork and ensure all necessary paperwork is received by HR
*Support Retail and Head Office staff on any HR queries, liaise and update HR Advisor/Head of
*To monitor and track all new starter paperwork is completed, ensuring that it is returned in a timely manner.
*To facilitate the Store Induction for new starters, ensuring that it runs smoothly and updating content when necessary.
*To monitor and flag probationary periods with Line Managers and the HR Manager, ensuring that relevant paper work is issued.
*Support with note taking in Employee Relations meetings.
