Business Development Managers who have a proven track record of achieving consistent sales & billings, and are target-driven will excel in this role.

THE SPECIFICS:

We represent employers from multiple industries seeking to find the best talent within the Software Development, Network Infrastructure & Cloud Computing areas of their business.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with identifying clients (employers) in need of a trusted recruitment partner, to help them find the skilled employees that they need for their ongoing projects and/or BAU (business as usual) requirements.

NB. This role is purely new business. This is not a 360-recruitment role. No advertising of jobs. No candidate screening. No customer success management. No administration.

THE DESIRABLES:

If you have already worked within the recruitment industry, working for an IT recruitment firm, this could be advantageous - but we do offer comprehensive training, so any other field or industry will be considered, provided that you can match the following pre-requisites:

1. Hunger for success

2. Passion for achieving

3. Will to win

4. Well organised

5. Optimistic outlook

6. Resilient and can take rejection

7. Emotionally intelligent

8. A natural ability to 'sell'

9. Proven track record

10. Able to commute to & from Codsall, South Staffordshire
