Job Description:

Fawkes & Reece are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor/Team Leader to work on multiple sites through out London, predominantly central London on a very prestigious contract. Additionally, the role will require participation in the out of hours emergency call out rota as necessary to meet the demands of the contract and business.

Your role is to lead, supervise and motivate the facilities maintenance team which consists of 5-10 engineers. You will be expected to deliver contractual works / services productively and efficiently such as PPM works / tasks, reactive call out works / tasks, small to medium installation works / tasks, or any other works / tasks as assigned to them by the Operations Manager or others as directed, whilst continually achieving contractual performance target KPI's and SLA's.

You will need to have an excellent understanding of the "Hard FM / Building Services" industry, inclusive of having a good all-round understanding of statutory/legal compliance requirements and maintenance requirements in relation to the various types of electrical and mechanical assets, plant, equipment and systems (including wet systems) as typically found within a commercial or residential building.The Supervisor/Team Leader will be appointed as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor for the contract.

Responsibilities:
Ensure ALL statutory and non-statutory PPM works / tasks, reactive call out works / tasks are completed on time by self and the Field Engineering Team inclusive of achieving ALL contractual performance target KPI's and SLA's.

Ability to carry out general multiskilled works tasks / activates other than electrical works, such as but not limited to Water Hygiene L8 temperature testing etc
Ensure ALL statutory log books / records for the various sites
Undertake weekly tool box talks with the Field Engineering Team and keep the records up to date on the system
Ability to produce / complete comprehensive task specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Ability to quote additional Electrical Installation / Repair works up to the value of £10K.
Attend meetings with Operations Manager or others as directed.

Competences / Qualifications / Training

Essential

C&G 18/17th Edition (or similar)
C&G Level 3 Electrical Qualification (must meet NICEIC criteria for QS status)
C&G 2391-50 Electrical Inspection & Testing (or similar)
Full UK Driver's License

Desirable

ECS / JIB / CSCS Gold Card (or above)
C&G 2377-22 & 32 PAT Testing (or similar)
