Job Description:

2 Receptionist/Office Administrators required to join a fun and sociable law firm in stylish offices in the City!

Salary around £25,000

1 role will be working 8am-4pm

1 role will be working 10am-6pm

Main duties to include:

-Front of house cover
-Office Coordination
-Setting and clearing rooms, including refreshing water, setting tea and coffee facilities up
-Setting up lunches
-Taking bookings over email, phone and face to face
-Answering emails with meeting room requests
-Generally providing administrative assistance throughout various departments
-Assist with event planning
-Monitoring office supplies

This role does not require previous experience, the most important aspects of the successful candidate will be someone who is proactive, engaging, sociable and eager, someone who is happy to pitch in wherever needed with a calm and friendly attitude at all times
