Right now, the business are transitioning the Maintenance department from being very reactive and now have an emphasis going forward on root cause analysis, creating an efficient PPM and undergoing various projects to ensure the plant is running at peak performance. NO more fire fighting!

Experience required:

Qualified mechanically to level 3 as a minimum (NVQ/C&G/BTEC)
Experience fault finding on special purpose machinery as an mechanical biased Maintenance Engineer within a fast paced environment
MUST have previous experience working as maintenance team leader/ Maintenance Supervisor/lead engineer within a similar manufacturing environment
IOSH
Able to demonstrate working within a team environment and toward a long term goal.
