Job Title - Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Days)

Location - West Yorkshire

Salary - £30-32k (plus overtime; 1.5 on weekdays and 2.0 on Sundays) plus excellent benefits and onsite parking.

Shift - Monday to Friday Days

The Company

My client is in the Process Plant industry are on the lookout for an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to work at one of their many sites in West Yorkshire. They have multiple sites across UK, EU with over 500 employees in the UK. They have some of the largest customers within various industries including automotive, chemicals, oils and many more. The turnover of the business has been stable, along with the profit margins over the last 5 years and are now looking to ramp this up through a thorough continuous improvement and lean manufacturing program.

The Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

- Implement effective maintenance and project work that fit within their safety and quality standards in a timely manner

- Assist in improving plant performance

- Dealing with both planned and preventative/predictive maintenance

- Provide first-hand support to fault diagnosis to root cause

Required Skills of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

- IT literate

- Excellent written and oral skills

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance of electrical, instrument, control systems within a hazardous environment and or manufacuring/factory.

- Qualified to a minimum Level 3 - HNC/ONC

- HNC electrical, instrument and control engineering (desirable)

- Compex trained (desirable)
