Your will be responsible for the planning and execution of large projects. You will be involved with the planning, design, execution, monitoring and controlling aspects of each project on a day to day basis ensuring it is completed on time and to budget. Regular progress reports will be required and attention to detail will be crucial to deliver projects in a professional manner. You will have a vast workload with deadlines to meet but you and your team will work calmly together and deliver. A thorough understanding of the fire and security industry is crucial for you to be a successful candidate for this position.
Predominantly you will be based in and around South Wales but the location of works is endless! You must therefore be willing to travel. All works and paperwork must be completed in accordance with British Standards and company policy.
Fire and Security Project Manager Essential Knowledge and Experience
* Solid fire and security experience and knowledge
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance and actively recommending solutions to their needs
* Remain knowledgeable and current on fire, security and health and safety industry trends, market activities and competitors
* Up to date with current industry legislation and leading manufacturers
* Must have drivers licence and be willing to travel
In return you will receive
* Basic salary up to £35,000 negotiable (OTE £50,000)
* Project performance based bonus
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
