Role
Opening for two Maintenance Engineer's to join there dedicated maintenance team at the Burton site.
You will be a mechanically biased Maintenance Fitter/ Engineer with experience of fixing heavy plants and machinery, for example, quarries, farming machinery, power stations, waste management etc.
Working on a three-week rotational shift pattern of days, nights and weekends, you will carry out various mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repair activities on our production machinery in adherence to legislative, HSE and company standards. There may be some occasional electrical tasks, so experience of electrical maintenance is advantageous, but not essential.

Role & Responsibilities
Your key duties will include:
· Carrying out maintenance, troubleshooting and repair duties across the site in a timely manner
· Providing leadership in maintaining plant production capacity
· Continuous improvement activities increasing plant reliability
· Assisting in the continuous improvement of equipment, maximisation of production, efficiency, improving safety and minimising downtime
· Contribution to the delivery of production targets and HSE KPIs
· Providing operator and maintenance training to maximise multi-skilling
48 hours Full-Time
Perm Contract
Shift Pattern
During training period you will be working on the day shift, but once completed you will move onto the shift pattern which consists of 12 hours shifts covering days and nights and includes weekends.
The pattern is as follows:-
4 times 12 hour day shifts followed by 4 times 12 hour night shifts then 4 days off
then
2 times 12 hour days shifts then 1 day off followed by 2 times 12 hour night shifts followed by 4 days off.
(The cycle then repeats)
