Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in the heart of the city! They have beautiful offices in a great location! They are seeking a corporate and immaculately presented receptionist to work on their busy Front of Office.

Duties will include:
*Booking meeting rooms
*Booking couriers and taxis
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Issuing security passes
*Answering and directing incoming calls form a switchboard
*Keeping the reception area tidy at all times
*Managing meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments and equipment
*General adhoc duties such as filing and photocopying
*Assisting with overflow travel arrangements and adhoc support
*Keeping the reception area tidy at all times

The ideal candidate will have corporate reception experience preferable and able to work both alone and in a team. This is an extremely fast paced and varied role so candidates must be able to work on their own initiative, and be able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. Also, be polished, have a strong telephone manner, good IT skills and personable.
