Our client a leading CQC registered clinic with pioneering technology based in Harley Street is currently recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist. With the most advanced non- invasive anti- aging, treatments and latest innovative technologies, this is an exciting place to be.

This role is for someone who not only is passionate about their field but has a keen business acumen and wants the opportunity to progress within this industry. With an inhouse training team you will have the benefits of consistent and forefront educational training schemes.

We are looking for an experienced front of house receptionist to join their fast-paced growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting, greeting patients and offering refreshment.
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries, booking appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Preparing patient files and individual clinic lists for practitioners according to their diaries and treatments booked.
  • Handling patients in a polite and professional manner, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and upholding the company's professional image at all times.
  • Supporting team members with additional duties as and when required.
  • Acquire a good knowledge of all treatments performed at the clinic (trainings are provided).
  • Fulfil the role of a chaperone when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as front of house/receptionist.
  • Background in working at private healthcare/aesthetic clinic preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
  • Strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate efficiently in busy environment, with written communication and IT skills proficiency.
  • Flexible, punctual, presentable and reliable.
