Maintenance Operative or Porter

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled and friendly maintenance team in a co-educational school on the outskirts of North Bristol.

The maintenance operative role will be to assist the head of maintenance in carrying out routine and emergency repairs, remedial and refurbishment works within the school and associated properties and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism.

The porter role will be to support the head of maintenance by assisting the maintenance team, setting up and coordinating rooms for functions, examinations and other school events.

The working hours for this position are 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and call-out work.

Colston's is a thriving co-educational day school on the outskirts of Bristol. The Upper School occupies a glorious thirty acre campus and has all of its facilities on-site. Easily accessible from the motorway network and with approximately 750 students aged from 3 to 18.
