Sales Administrator

This is an exciting time to join our Tewkesbury based client who has a vacancy for a Sales Administrator to join their small friendly team on a full- time basis as they continue to grow. This role requires previous Sales Admin experience, excellent attention to detail and superb customer services skills. SAP knowledge would be an advantage. Initially this role will be on a temporary basis but with a full order book they hope this role will become permanent. Salary £10/£11 per hour.

Sales Administrator

The purpose of this position is sales order processing, checking credits and payments, evaluating blocking or releasing orders based on the customer's situation, planning shipments and managing invoicing.

Tasks

* Evaluating new customers and agreeing terms of sale, with the support of IT systems.

* Order processing.

* Support to the sales force in relation to any credit extension and/or unpaid invoices.

* Account management of relationships with carriers and suppliers.

* Sending reminders to customers and possible preparation of documentation for legal action.

* Pre and post sales telephone support to customers.

* Payment and petty cash management.

* Planning shipping of goods and advising customers of deliver expectations

* Archive data management.

Excellent working conditions and parking available.
