The Ecommerce Customer Service Adviser would be expected to deliver a high level of customer service to customers through a number of methods, including:

* Email - high volume

* Ecommerce channels such as eBay and Amazon

* Telephone

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody that is looking to progress a career within Ecommerce, and want a role where there is opportunity for progression.

Our client are looking for somebody with a strong work ethic, this is positive and ambitious, and that has a strong desire to succeed.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have some experience within an office-based customer service role, and have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). It is also essential that you have some experience within administration. Experience within the textiles or fashion industry would be desirable however isn't essential, and experience within Ecommerce would also be desirable.
