Job Description:

My client are a leading facilities maintenance company, which operate throughout the UK. As a Trainer, you will be providing cleaning training to the staff, in a hospital setting. You will train the staff on best practice throughout the building, providing your expertise and knowledge. There is roughly around 300 staff ranging from cleaners to catering.

You will manage the training, health and safety and audits throughout the site. Making sure the standards are at the highest quality for the client.

In this role, you'll be awarded with 22 days holiday, excellent benefits and a generous salary.

Responsibilities:

* To manage the resources, ensuring training is delivered on time, achieves budget expectations and is used to its full potential meeting business needs.
* To help develop learning material and interventions that may be required from time to time to close any service delivery gaps.
* To promote the benefits and results of the Academy to the business, key stakeholders and supporting future sales presentations.

Criteria:

* Experience in facilitation and delivering training programmes
* IT literate with an excellent understanding PowerPoint/Word/Excel
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* People management or relationship management
* Creative and self driven
