HR Administrator

£20 - £23k

8 Hours per day/Flexible start and finish times

My client is a well-established independent business that supply into the construction industry.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to work alongside their current HR Administrator.

Based from the Richmond depot, you will have a geographical area to manage and you will work very closely with your HR Colleagues.

Duties will include:

* Maintaining HR database

* Preparing reports for managers

* Preparing job offers and contracts

* Maintenance of all Personnel Records

* Recruitment and selection processes

* Maintaining training records

* Management and reporting of key HR KPI's and information e.g. labour turnover, absence figures, headcount, holidays etc.

* Join team introducing, maintaining and providing information from Kronos HR Management System, Dynamic Learning Management System and Reward Gateway Employee Benefits and Recognition System

* Undertake project work as required e.g. introduction of new HR/T&A system

* Collaborating with HR Administrator Colleague

* Meeting note taking

Skills required:

* Numerate and Literate to a high standard

* Computer Literate

* Excellent communication skills
