Customer Service Advisor

Gi Group is looking for Customer Service Advisor to join one of our busy clients in Northampton. This role requires customer focused individual with logistics experience and have a positive attitude. You will be the first point of contact for customers so you need to be professional and polite with a bubbly character.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Resolving customers queries and complaints
- Answering the phone call and replying to e mails
- Assist with orders and returns
- Entering data on computer while on the phone with customer
- Providing general administration and office support

The ideal candidate will

- Able to work in a team as well as an individual
- Be able to remain calm under pressure
- Have good time keeping
- Have good attention to detail
- Have good understanding of written and spoken English
