Receptionist / Customer Services Administrator
Portsmouth
12 month contract
£9 per hour

Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a global manufacturing organisation who operations within the defence industry. They are seeking a Receptionist / Customer Services Administrator for a 12 month contract based in Portsmouth.

The Receptionist / Customer Services Administrator will be the face of the company for all site visitors.
Responsibilities the Receptionist / Administrator will hold include:
* Greeting visitors
* Processing passes for Visitors
* Assist with agency on-boarding and inductions for new employees
* Process request by email, telephone and in person
* Ensure contractors who are working on site have the correct task pack, documentation and working safely
* Support team leaders on tasks and projects
* Contribute ideas to process improvements

The successful candidate will have previous administration OR customer service experience. It is essential that the Receptionist / Customer Services Administrator is highly organised and able to communicate effectively with all site and non-site personnel. Previous MS Office experience is beneficial.
