Job Description:

HCPA are looking for a Project Administrator to join the team. The aim of this position is to assist the smooth running of HCPA's Impartial Feedback & Skill Audit service and be the first point of contact for enquiries via telephone or email. You will support the service by liaising with customers, seeking and identifying new customers and providing excellent administrative support. This is an exciting position for you to extend your administrative, IT and customer service skills.

What does this job involve?
* First point of contact for enquiries and queries
* Provide great customer service to all customers
* Source new customers from HCPA members database
* Collate and input data for reports
* Provide customers with relevant paperwork
* Support the Project Lead to ensure smooth running of the IFS & Skills Audit Process
* Proactively contact customers to follow up enquiries, pursue information and offer support
* Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes
* Any general tasks as requested which contribute to the smooth running of HCPA

* Have experience of business administration, ideally in an office environment
* Have excellent IT skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

* Be able to present information accurately and clearly;
* The ability to communicate clearly and professionally by email
* Have a confident telephone manner
