PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Freelance Construction Covid Workspace / Health & Safety Manager

Location: Lincoln

Salary: Competitive

Working on behalf of one of the UK's leading building & Facilities Maintenance Contractors we are looking at a unique role for a Covid Workspace Manager to join the team on site in Lincoln. We are encouraging all proven Health & Safety Managers to apply for this position to discuss the details further.

Our client, one of the market leaders are providing initial work for a 6 month period & have more opportunities thereafter.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working on similar refurbishment Commercial and Public Sector schemes in construction.

Covid Workspace Manager Requirements:

Strategic oversight of staff access to the buildings
Commissioning of
Schedules of risk assessment review on all buildings and change to control measures if necessary
Regular spot checking of sites to ensure compliance
Regular H&S surveys with manage capacity assessments of all open buildings
Analysis of weekly attendance registers to identify trends, issues and actions necessary
Administer the weekly COVID workspace management Board
Chair a weekly workspace management meeting
To act as the strategic lead supported by Corporate Property, Public Health, Business support and IMT in dealing with day to day issues
Regular check in with local buildings managers in relation to compliance
To coordinate all requests received to increase occupancy of buildings
To manage the existing safe accommodation desk allocation, liaising with approved requests from critical services, establishing workspace requirements and allocating accordingly.
Liaise with Business Support to provide daily lists of accommodation and adhoc workspace for access control
Scenario testing
First aiders and Fire Marshalls
Managing rule of 6

Remuneration

Our client is providing exceptional pay rates dependant on the specified requirements due to experience.
