Audit Manager

Located in Louth, our client, a professional firm of chartered accountants, has a vacancy for an experienced Audit Manager.

Responsibilities to include: the planning, fieldwork and completion of audit assignments, usually leading audit teams and working in a wide range of audit assignments and for ensuring staff receive on the job training and support to meet business and personal goals.

Additional key duties:

  • Controlling budgets, meeting audit objectives.
  • Carrying out technical audit testing during audit assignments
  • Preparing / reviewing corporation tax computations.
  • Undertaking specialist assignments as required.
  • Managing all client queries and client billing within the portfolio of audits.
  • Developing relationships with clients, networking and attending prospect meetings

The successful Audit Manager must be ACA or ACCA qualified including relevant audit experience and be able to demonstrate effective staff management and communication skills and the ability to actively manage personal workloads and self-development.
