Job Description:

Long and Partners Ltd are a Building Services Consultancy located in the City of London between Liverpool Street and Bank. We are seeking a receptionist to join our small admin team and help assist with the general running of the office.

This is a temp-perm 12 month contract.

The roles and responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring incoming calls and distributing messages accordingly.
  • Monitoring all staff movements on a daily basis.
  • Running with all staff Holiday's and Sickness
  • Meeting and greeting clients/visitors and informing the host of their guests arrival.
  • Preparing refreshments for meetings and visitors.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
  • Booking and allocation meeting rooms space and managing this on a daily basis.
  • Clearing meeting rooms and keeping reception tidy at all times.
  • Ordering stationery and checking stationery on a weekly basis.
  • Ordering couriers.
  • Assiting with typing workload in the office, general admin duties

Key Skills:

  • Immaculate presentation at all times.
  • An ordered person who takes pride in the tidiness of their work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • A welcoming customer focused manner.
  • A team orientated person who's natural character is to go that extra mile.
