Senior Customer Service Receptionist

Location: Sandy Balls, New Forest

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holiday's

Senior Customer Service Receptionist Responsibilities:

You will be reporting to the Guest Experience Manager and will be charged with providing such a great service to their holiday home owners and residents, that they can't imagine leaving them. Our client is not your average holiday company. Their guests, including their owners and residents, come to their UK resorts to experience a world away from the day-to-day and their job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.

For you, this includes:

Liaising with owners and residents, ensuring they are satisfied, dealing with issues and helping them in any way they need
Managing their subletting process for owners, including grading holiday homes, overseeing the cleaning and maintenance throughout the letting season, managing the accounts and liaising with owners
Arranging owner's events and parties
Liaising with and helping out colleagues onsite to ensure that their service to owners and residents is always excellent

One more thing… owners and residents are here all year round, so you may need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Senior Customer Service Receptionist Responsibilities:

Outstanding people skills - friendly, patient and always ready to help
Exceptional organisation skills and able to keep a good few plates spinning
A solid understanding of budgeting and finance
Experience in a customer-facing role
It's the icing on the cake if you have experience in the holiday sector specifically, but don't worry if you haven't, they provide plenty of training.
