Job Description:

Kensington Office Group are looking for a friendly, positive new team member to join our front of house team at our building at 50 Sloane Avenue, London SW3.

Candidates must have a good work-ethic, must be able to work well under pressure and must have a strong use of English. Being able to present available office space to potential clients is also very important.

Further requirements of the role include:

  • Operating the Reception to welcome clients and guests
  • Taking calls on a multi-client phone system, transferring calls
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Organising post and courier deliveries
  • Recording jobs and services using Excel
  • Friendly, welcoming attitude to clients and guests
  • Confident personality
  • Must have good use of English and professional ability to read and write in English
  • Checking that areas of the building are in good condition and dealing with any issues or problems that one might see
  • Must learn to present available rooms to potential clients and conduct viewings with a good knowledge of our available services

Previous experience is helpful but not essential.
