A high end Facilities Management business that provides cleaning and associated services to a variety of clients on a large portfolio across London is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to manage the portfolio that is mixed used including office, retail and commercial environments.

The purpose of the role is to lead a team to deliver a first class service across the campus, taking ownership of the workplace and the daily operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a First Class cleaning service to our client
  • Review best practice and present new ideas to keep ahead of the cleaning industry
  • Attend meetings and arranged training as required in order to accommodate the role.
  • Preparing management information, including but not restricted to
  • Budget / KPI's / SLA's. Attend weekly & monthly operations meetings as required and present the collated information.
  • Prepare Client monthly report, host monthly client meeting.
  • Payroll
