Driver/ Customer Service Representative - Southampton SO18 - £8.21 per hour

As a Driver/ Customer Service Representative you will report to the Branch Manager, ensuring that all vehicles are presented in the correct manner, cleaned and checked to company standards.

Duties for the Driver/ Customer Service Representative:

  • Assist in the delivery and collection of vehicles at your manager's request or aid in any ad-hoc duties required on branch.
  • Ensure any lost property items found in vehicles are handed over via the relevant process.
  • Report any potential issues within the garage area that may lead to dangerous Health and Safety problems.
  • Report any damage to vehicles to the Branch Manager or branch staff
  • Ensure that paperwork is filled in full and correctly as instructed by branch staff

Candidate Competencies:

  • Must have a full driving license
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to work days, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
