Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Luton
Salary: £Competitive

Search Consultancy are excited to work on behalf of a dynamic Legal 500 firm that offer services to individuals and business's within multiple office sites across the UK. Currently within their Luton office they are looking to recruit for a Receptionist/Administrator to join the company and are looking to propose a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
The purpose of this role is to deliver a professional and efficient service in creating a warm and welcoming environment to clients. A hand's on approach and the ability to use your initiative is key for the smooth operational running of the office.

Duties & Responsibilities;

- Manage office facilities
- Provide refreshments to clients upon arrival, within meeting room setups and as and when required
- Be point of contact in administrating a solution if any maintenance issues arise, i.e.; phones or photocopies break
- Typing daily returns for the accounts department
- Arrange, prepare and organise meeting rooms
- Banking duties when required
- Update the database with appropriate file information
- Welcoming clients into the office
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and transfer when necessary to relevant individuals
- Sign all visitors to the office in and out
- Attend to all post
- Process any card payments when required
- General administrative duties; photocopying, printing and scanning
- Order stationary
- Archive files, arrange retrieval and return of files from off-site storage company

Skills & Experience;

- Exceptional people skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to deliver excellent customer care service
- Basic IT skills, Microsoft Outlook is desired
- Proactive personality
- Problem Solver
- Outstanding attention to detail

Please be aware the working hours of the role will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5.15pm.
