Change Public Practice are working in partnership with a leading national firm who due to growth and prestigious business wins, are keen to appoint an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager to their team in Edinburgh.

The firm are experiencing a time of exciting change, and as such, are looking to appoint ambitious, innovative and dynamic individuals to their team. In turn, you will be offered a progressive, challenging and supportive working

This firm are looking to engage with prospective employees who are either operating as an Audit Manager or Senior Manager at present, or who is a senior professional looking to return to the profession from Industry.

Due to the supportive and progressive nature of this firm, career development is highly encouraged for those who wish to work their way up the career ladder so this combined with the mature approach of this business means that there is no time cap on promotion.
Duties within this role:

· Manage Audit engagements from start through to completion, including allocating teams and budgets
· Approve budgets and fees if set out by other staff, where appropriate
· Liaise with senior stakeholders within the firms network, as well as clients in order to build & enhance relationships
· Review, and ensure the technical correctness if Audit work completed by the team
· Coach, train and mentor staff & teams accordingly
· Involvement in learning and development activities for yourself and others

Skills and attributes required:

· CA/ACCA Qualification, or equivalent
· Current or previous Audit Management experience (within 18 months)
· Strong technical and industry sector experience
· Good leadership skills
