TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST

Working in a beautiful office based in Egham, my client is seeking highly professional an astute individual for temporary cover to assist with holidays and sickness.

The succesful candidate shall have strong telephone skills (good English grammar both written and spoken) and the ability to articulate clearly and confidently to cover their front of house.

Duties:

  • Welcoming/directing visitors
  • Meeting/greeting clients
  • Issuing visitor badges
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Answering and screening incoming calls, directing to the appropriate person/department
  • Arranging couriers

Person Specification

  • Customer Service is KEY
  • Bright bubbly personality
  • Excellent Communication : Verbal, non-verbal
  • IT: Intermediate Level
  • Excellent Presentation
  • Excellent Administration skills
  • Ideally switchboard experience but not essential as training shall be provided
