As Product Owner you will shape and implement the agreed full service leasing strategy to drive acquisition of new customers, whilst continuing to engage and retain existing customers through multiple touchpoints. You will be working on a number of key strategic full service leasing focused projects, working across the business, and will drive forward the car leasing / full service leasing roadmap, and channels to market through innovation.

You will need to be able to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders and be comfortable with driving complex projects forward, taking a hands-on approach, as the Product Owner will prioritise change through robust business cases, data and insights and a customer first approach.

Main responsibilities:

Act as business owner for the strategic products / experiences, outlined below, both in-life and future developments, working across the business to collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvements. Manage external partners and work in between IT and business stakeholders.

Work with Business Analyst's to create user stories, specifying requirements and acceptance criteria with detail and clarity sufficient for implementation, testing and delivery.

Full Service Lease

* Support the business in its strategy to develop Full Service Leasing competency

* To drive continuous improvements within this specific business function

* Define the MVP and deliver a new experience for our car leasing customers. Work with agencies and UKIT

* Create and manage the finance products associated with car leasing

* Monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvements

* Work with other divisions to deliver an end-to-end online retail experience for leasing customers

* Maintain high levels of engagement and communication amongst all stakeholders

* Innovate with new technologies to excite and enhance current and new car leasing customers

National Website

* Manage content updates from across multiple areas of the business including Legal & Compliance, HR, Sales and the Customer Experience team. Work with the Digital teams and our Digital agencies to publish updates.

* Analyse website analytics in order to propose enhancements and develop a backlog of ideas.

* Focus on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to enhance our organic search positions for car leasing offerings.

* Develop our suite of 'how to' and 'product' videos to help our customers understand our product range.

* Enhance our finance content based on customer insight, task analysis and feedback through web chat.

* Drive forward the Business Drive Direct channel enhancing content and digital assets to support and increase customer enquiries and conversion.

Skills and experience required:

* Previous experience working in similar role and/or consultancy background within the fleet management sector.

* Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies essential and Waterfall methodologies an advantage.

* Bringing new products/services to market and managing products/services through their lifecycle in a disciplined and methodical manner.

* Experience building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

* Experience multi-tasking and working across Matrix teams and problem solving.

* Creating robust business cases and putting forward recommendations to senior management.

* Working with business stakeholders and translating ideas or solutions into business requirements/stories for development.

* Competent working in between IT and the business.

* Experience / involvement in strategic projects within the fleet management sector

It would be advantageous if applicants had Automotive/Financial Services experience, and a knowledge/understanding of the FCA and being a regulated company.

* A Marketing degree would be desirable, and/or a professional Marketing qualification - CIM or equivalent would be beneficial

* Educated to degree level or equivalent desirable

* A recognised Fleet Management qualification (City & Guilds, ICFM)

* Professional Project Management qualification beneficial
